Who would be mad enough to swim outdoors on a freezing winter’s morning?

This lot apparently! Saturday 22nd January saw over 350 people take part in the UK cold water Cold Water Swimming Championships at Tooting Bec lido in South London.

Our friends at Outdoor Nation went along and made this cracking little video diary of the event. Find out what it is that makes them want to jump in!
